Hotel Waldinger is located in Županijska Street, in the most beautiful spot in the very center of Osijek. The centuries-old hotel building is protected as a cultural monument, and its architect is the renowned Osijek sculptor Antun Slaviček.
The opening of the hotel in 2004 coincided with the 100th anniversary of the building’s renovation, as well as the centenary of the death of the painter after whom the hotel is named.

The hotel was named after the famous Osijek painter Adolf Ignjo Waldinger, founder of the Osijek School of Painting. His artistic legacy still lives on in Osijek, and the hotel’s name preserves the memory of this great artist.

The building once belonged to the Baumgartner family known for their sewing machine factory. Even today, you can notice sewing machines displayed above the shop windows — a testament to the industrial heritage that shaped Osijek.

Hotel Waldinger is a four-star hotel, and its integral part is Pension Waldinger, located in the hotel courtyard and categorized as a three-star property.
Hotel Waldinger offers 13 double rooms and 3 single rooms, while Pension Waldinger offers 6 double rooms and 1 single room.
Parking is free for all guests. On the second floor of the hotel, there is a fitness area and sauna, which guests can use free of charge 24 hours a day.
